Higher plans add the scale and tools a larger race needs — county heatmaps, voice broadcast, executive briefings, media monitoring, dedicated onboarding and, for national campaigns, multi-tenant party HQ and on-site training.

• Messages. SMS and WhatsApp are paid per message. The portal shows the cost before each send, and CAK rules apply to every message (how we enforce them).
• Consultancy. Strategy, implementation, field operations, polling-agent operations, war-room setup and training are quoted per campaign. See consultancy services.

Choose by the office you are contesting, not by the size of your team. A ward campaign fits the MCA plan; a constituency campaign the MP plan; county-wide races the Woman Representative, Senator or Governor plans. Parties running candidates in many races, and presidential campaigns, should talk to us about a national deployment.

How much does campaign management software cost in Kenya?

VotePulse plans start at KES 50,000 a month for an MCA campaign covering one ward and rise with the size of the race, to KES 250,000 a month for a governor’s campaign. Presidential and national party deployments are priced individually.

Why is pricing by office?

The size of the electoral area drives the work: an MCA contests one ward, a governor a whole county, a presidential candidate every polling station in the country. Pricing by office means a ward campaign does not pay for county-scale capacity.

Messages are paid per message on top of the plan. The portal shows the cost of a send before you confirm it.
