Election & Campaign Consultancy in Kenya
Technology is only useful when the organisation knows how to use it.
VotePulse combines professional campaign consultancy with a digital campaign operating platform. We help campaign organisations design operational systems, deploy technology, organise field teams, structure campaign data, train teams and prepare command centres and election-day operations — for any party, at any level from ward to national.
Election, campaign technology & operations consultancy from VotePulse Kenya, operated by DataFly LTD.
Party-agnostic and independent. VotePulse is not the IEBC, does not declare results and does not guarantee electoral outcomes.

Consultancy questions
What does VotePulse consultancy cover?
Campaign strategy and operations, campaign technology, VotePulse implementation, digital transformation, data and CRM, field and volunteer operations, polling-agent and election-day operations, war rooms and command centres, analytics, communications infrastructure, readiness assessments, training and custom implementation.
Can VotePulse help us implement our campaign technology?
Yes. We configure the VotePulse workspace for your organisation — users and roles, regions, modules, forms and workflows — and roll it out to your teams.
Can VotePulse train our campaign team?
Yes. Training is role-based: HQ and campaign managers, coordinators, field agents, polling agents, administrators and candidates using the Candidate PWA, supported by training material and SOPs.
Can VotePulse help organise field operations?
Yes. We set up the field-team hierarchy, territory and ward assignment, field forms, photo and GPS evidence workflows and daily reporting on GroundForce, including offline use.
Can VotePulse help prepare polling-agent operations?
Yes, operationally: agent databases, polling-station assignment, onboarding, training management, check-in, incident reporting and evidence submission. Appointment and conduct of agents are governed by the Elections Act and IEBC requirements; our consultancy is not legal advice.
Can VotePulse help establish an election-day command centre?
Yes. We design and configure dashboards, regional monitoring, alerts, escalation paths and results-entry and verification workflows for your internal command centre. Official results are declared only by the electoral authorities.
Can VotePulse import data from our existing systems?
Yes. We plan and carry out imports from spreadsheets and existing databases, including duplicate handling, and can scope API integrations for larger organisations.
Can VotePulse support a multi-county operation?
Yes. VotePulse supports county, constituency and ward-level structures and permissions, and we implement multi-county and party-headquarters deployments.
Do we have to use the VotePulse platform to engage the consultancy team?
Not always. Most engagements combine the platform with implementation support, but consultancy-only work such as a readiness assessment or operations design is possible where appropriate. Tell us what you need.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope: a single-ward set-up is very different from a multi-county or party deployment. We agree a timeline during discovery, working back from your key dates.
How is consultancy priced?
Consultancy is quoted per engagement, according to the size of the organisation, geographic coverage, implementation requirements and services required. Platform subscriptions are priced separately.
Is VotePulse affiliated with IEBC?
No. VotePulse is an independent campaign technology and consultancy platform and is not the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. Official electoral information should be confirmed through IEBC and other relevant official sources.
