When is Kenya’s next general election?

How do we coordinate field teams and polling agents?

Field agents and volunteers use GroundForce on their phones to check in, file GPS-verified reports offline and submit polling-station results with evidence. HQ sees coverage, incidents and results by ward in the portal. Field and election-day tools →

How do polling-agent operations work?

A party may appoint one agent for its candidates at each polling station, and counting agents must be notified to the presiding officer at least 48 hours before the poll closes. Campaigns then recruit, train, check in and support those agents on election day. Polling agent guide →

How secure is VotePulse?

All traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections, sensitive personal fields such as national ID numbers are encrypted in the database, and role-based access controls ensure each user only sees what their role needs.

Does GroundForce work offline?

Yes. Volunteers capture reports, photos, and signatures without signal. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns — critical for rural wards.

Can I send bulk SMS?

Yes. SMS Broadcast sends through Africa’s Talking to opted-in contacts only, with ward-level targeting, sent and failed tracking, STOP/ONDOKA/ACHA opt-outs and CAK sending hours enforced.

Does VotePulse support WhatsApp?

Yes. VotePulse integrates with the WhatsApp Business API for template and direct messages to opted-in supporters.

What does VotePulse cost?

Where is my campaign data hosted?

Campaign data is hosted securely with options aligned to the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. See the privacy policy for how personal data is processed and protected.

Can I import existing voter or volunteer lists?

Yes. Contacts can be imported from CSV or added manually, and duplicates are matched by phone number. Only contacts with a recorded opt-in receive marketing messages.

Does VotePulse integrate with M-PESA?

Yes. M-PESA donations are tracked in the finance module alongside budgets, spending requests and approvals.

What devices do field teams need?

Any Android or iPhone. GroundForce installs as a PWA — no app store required. Supervisors can use tablets; HQ uses any modern browser.
