About VotePulse Kenya
VotePulse combines campaign technology with professional implementation and operational consultancy. The platform provides digital infrastructure while our consultancy services help organisations design, deploy and operate the systems around it.
VotePulse (VotePulse Kenya, votepulse.co.ke) is a Kenyan campaign operations and election technology platform and an election & campaign consultancy, operated by DataFly LTD. It is party-agnostic, independent of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), and serves campaigns at every level from a single ward to a national race.
What we do
1. The Campaign Operating System
Software for running a campaign: a portal for campaign managers, the GroundForce field app for agents and volunteers, and a candidate app. It covers contacts and volunteers, field reporting, communications, analytics, finance, polling-agent operations and an internal election-day command centre, organised across Kenya's 47 counties, 290 constituencies and 1,450 wards. What we are not
- We are not the IEBC and are not affiliated with it. We do not publish official notices or declare results.
- We do not own or supply the official voter register. Campaign data in VotePulse belongs to the campaigns that lawfully collected it.
- We do not guarantee electoral outcomes. We help campaigns organise and see what is happening.
- We are party-agnostic. We work with candidates and parties across the political spectrum.
