Campaign command center software for Kenyan campaigns

The Command Center is the first screen a campaign manager opens each morning. It pulls field reports, contacts, messaging, money and the calendar into one view of your race, ward by ward, so the day starts with priorities instead of phone calls.

Why campaigns need one screen

Most Kenyan campaigns run on a stack of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and phone calls to coordinators. The manager knows what the loudest coordinator said last night, not what is happening in the quiet wards. By the time a problem reaches HQ it is usually a week old.

A command center fixes the information flow, not the people. When every field report, volunteer registration, message and expense lands in the same system, the manager can see coverage and gaps directly instead of assembling them from memory.

What Command Center does

  • AI daily brief

Priorities for the day drawn from your own field reports and campaign data, written for the manager to read in two minutes.

  • Campaign health score

A readiness score and trend across your wards, built from activity your team actually recorded.

  • Live field map

Where agents and volunteers checked in and reported, shown ward by ward on real IEBC boundaries.

  • Calendar and timeline

Team schedule, rallies and events alongside Kenyan public holidays and a countdown to election day.

  • Finance snapshot

Budget, spend and pending approvals from the finance module. It shows zero until you enter a budget — never placeholder money.

  • Alerts center

Every alert in one place, with optional copies by email, SMS and WhatsApp to the numbers you choose.

How it works

  1. Load your race

Choose the office and area you are contesting. VotePulse loads the counties, constituencies and wards for that race.

  2. Bring your team in

Add coordinators and field agents. Agents receive their GroundForce login by SMS with a link to install the field app.

  3. Let the data build up

Check-ins, field reports, new volunteers, messages and expenses flow into the Command Center as they happen.

  4. Run the morning meeting from it

Start each day with the brief, the health trend and the list of wards that went quiet.

What it does not do

We would rather you know the limits before you buy than discover them in the middle of a campaign.

  • It does not invent numbers. A new workspace shows sample data only if you choose to load it, and it is labelled as sample data.
  • The calendar includes public holidays but not IEBC deadlines for 2027 that have not been gazetted yet. We do not publish dates we cannot verify.
  • The daily brief suggests priorities. Decisions stay with the campaign manager.

Frequently asked questions

What is a campaign command center?

It is the central dashboard of a campaign: one place that shows field activity, supporters, communications, money and the calendar together, so the manager can see the whole campaign without collecting updates by phone.

Does the Command Center work for an MCA campaign with one ward?

Yes. It scales to the area you contest. For an MCA campaign the map and scores cover one ward and its polling centres; for a governor it covers every constituency and ward in the county.

Can I try it with sample data first?

Yes. A new workspace can be loaded with a clearly labelled sample campaign so you can explore every screen before entering real data.
