Relationship graph: see your campaign structure
The relationship graph draws your campaign as it really is: the candidate, the coordinators who report to them, the volunteers under each coordinator, and the supporters and donors linked to each person. Wards with volunteers but no coordinator are flagged.

Organisation charts that match reality
Campaigns draw organisation charts at the start and never update them. Months later nobody knows who reports to whom, and the wards with no coordinator are only discovered on election day.
A graph built from live data does not go out of date, because it is drawn from the same assignments your team uses every day.
What Relationship graph does
-
Built from real assignments
The graph is drawn from who reports to whom in VotePulse — not a separate chart someone has to maintain.
-
Candidate to volunteer
See every tier: candidate, coordinators, volunteers.
-
Linked supporters and donors
Contacts and donations linked to each person appear in the graph.
-
Coverage gaps flagged
Wards with volunteers but no coordinator are highlighted.
-
Honest defaults
Volunteers not yet assigned appear directly under the candidate until a manager places them.
How it works
-
Assign coordinators
Give each coordinator their area.
-
Place volunteers
Set who each volunteer reports to.
-
Read the graph
Look for large unassigned groups and wards without a coordinator.
-
Fix the gaps
Recruit or reassign coordinators before the gaps matter.
What it does not do
We would rather you know the limits before you buy than discover them in the middle of a campaign.
- The graph only knows the structure your team records. Unassigned volunteers show under the candidate until someone assigns them.
Who uses it
- Campaign managers
- Who reports to whom, at a glance.
- Party HQ
- Structure across a party’s campaigns.
Software, or software with our team
Relationship graph is included in VotePulse plans, priced by the office you are contesting — see plans and prices. If you would rather have our team set it up and run it with you, our volunteer operations consultancy is quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to draw the organisation chart myself?
No. The graph is drawn from the reporting lines your team sets in VotePulse. Change an assignment and the graph changes.
Why are some volunteers shown directly under the candidate?
Because nobody has assigned them to a coordinator yet. VotePulse shows that honestly instead of guessing where they belong.
